Do you offer site visits? | Within Europe, we operate an online interior studio. However, we treat each project on a case-by-case basis and tend to include site visits for larger projects. |
Can you recommend builders? | After commissioning us to design for you, we can connect you with our preferred builders who can visit your property and provide a quotation to bring your design to life. These teams are highly skilled and fully insured. We invite you to check out their work on the projects page of our website. |
What is your pricing structure? | We believe in 100% transparency when it comes to design, so we offer our complete design packages, charged by the room and its size. These packages include everything required to complete your room, except for 3D renders and bespoke furniture design, which are optional add-ons. |
Do you offer consultations? | You can hire Akiva by the hour if you just need general advice and do not require any technical designs. This is a perfect way to hire us if you need advice on color palettes, window treatment fabrics, etc. |

Do you design hallways? |
At Akiva, we recognize that hallways are not typically considered a room in the traditional sense. Therefore, we offer hourly consultancy services for these spaces instead of including them in our interior design packages. Our consultancy services mean that we provide recommendations for everything you may need in your hallway, including furniture, lighting, and decor. However, we do not provide the same level of technical design for hallways as we do for other rooms in your home or building. When you hire us for our hourly consultancy services for your hallway, you can still expect to receive a mood board and a shopping list, which will help you visualize the recommended products to create a cohesive and stylish hallway. |
Do you offer flexible payment options? |
Yes, we do offer flexible payment options for our interior design packages and furniture purchases. We understand that investing in your home can be a significant expense, so we have partnered with a well-known lender to help spread the cost. You can choose to pay for your purchases in installments, rather than all at once. This can make it easier to manage your budget and get the home design you've always wanted. How do I communicate with my designer? |
At Akiva, we take pride in providing excellent customer service, which has been recognized for nine consecutive years. Our secret? We offer an easy and convenient way for you to communicate with our team. Once you start working with us, you'll receive a link to download our app, where you can access your entire project. This means you can communicate with us from anywhere and share anything you want, without having to download or share anything outside of your project. Plus, if you need to add anyone else to your project, we can do that for you, saving you time and hassle. If you choose to work with any of our preferred installers or tradesmen, they'll be automatically added to your project, keeping everything in one place for easy tracking. And once your project is complete, we'll archive it safely, so you can access it again with just one click. No emails, no fuss. Just easy, streamlined communication with Akiva. |

What is the procurement service in a nutshell? |
The procurement service is where we purchase all of the items on your behalf. The reason why it’s so popular is because we take care of it all: you have one single point of contact for all orders, we pass on any discounts that we get to you, and give you access to a schedule with tracking links and more. We offer two versions of the service, called Lite and Pro, and we suggest that you compare both of them here. |
Do you have a list of suppliers you get discounts from? | Yes, and you can view the entire list here. Please bear in mind that it is an ever-growing list, and the data is constantly being updated. The best thing to do is check with a member of the team to confirm any details before you buy. |
What are the discounts applied to? | The discounts we pass on are usually discounts off of the RRP price from the supplier or brand. Sometimes the supplier or brand’s website may run a sale, and on rare occasions, a particular item may not warrant the discount we can offer, or the level of discount we can offer may change. |
Do I have to buy everything immediately? | Our procurement service is valid for 12 months from acceptance. This means you can stage your payments over time and prioritize items that you wish to buy immediately. Most clients purchase the items with longer lead times first and then come back at a later date to purchase the rest. |
Do you include assembly with the procurement service? | The procurement service itself does not include assembly. However, should you need help with assembling items, we can consider that when adding the shipping costs, as many suppliers offer assembly options within their delivery fees. |
